This policy explains what you may not do with the services of Zeloxa Labs LLC ("Zeloxa"), including websites hosted on Zeloxa Host, Zeloxa Cloud, our API and integrations. It is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to account holders, their team members, and anyone whose content they publish through Zeloxa. Customers are responsible for their users and visitors following it on their sites.
1. Illegal and harmful content
Do not use the Services to publish, store, send or link to content that:
- is illegal where it is published or viewed, or promotes illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any way. We report such material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement;
- is non-consensual intimate imagery, or depicts sexual violence;
- threatens, harasses, stalks or incites violence against people or groups, or promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
- promotes self-harm;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- sells or facilitates the sale of illegal drugs, weapons in violation of law, counterfeit goods, or stolen data;
- offers gambling, financial, health or other regulated services without the licenses and disclosures the law requires.
2. Fraud, phishing and deception
Do not:
- impersonate any person, company or government, including Zeloxa, or create pages that imitate another site's sign-in, payment or account pages;
- collect passwords, payment details or other credentials under false pretenses (phishing);
- run scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake stores or fake charities;
- publish deceptive or fake reviews, endorsements or records presented as genuine;
- hide where a link leads in order to deceive (cloaking), or use a site only to redirect visitors to deceptive content.
3. Malware, attacks and misuse of resources
Do not:
- host or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, exploit kits or tools whose main purpose is to cause harm;
- use the Services to attack, scan, probe or break into any system or network, including ours, without the owner's written permission;
- run denial-of-service attacks, botnets, open proxies, VPN or anonymizing relays;
- mine cryptocurrency, run build jobs unrelated to building your website, or use builds, forms or hosting as general-purpose storage, file sharing, media streaming or backup;
- get around rate limits, usage limits, billing or security controls, or interfere with other customers' use of the Services.
4. Spam and email
Do not use forms, notifications, integrations or any other part of the Services to send unsolicited bulk messages, to send messages that break anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, or to collect email addresses for spam. Forms on your sites must only be used for the purpose you tell your visitors.
5. Privacy
If your site collects personal information, follow the privacy laws that apply to you: tell visitors what you collect and why, get the consent the law requires (for example before turning on advertising or tracking tags), and honor their requests. Do not collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, health records or passwords through Zeloxa forms. Use a provider built for that purpose instead.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a website or content hosted on Zeloxa that breaks this policy, email abuse@zeloxalabs.com with:
- the full address (URL) of the content;
- what is wrong with it, and any evidence;
- your contact details, if you would like a reply.
We review reports promptly and prioritize phishing, malware, child safety and threats of violence. We do not tell the customer who reported them unless the law requires it or you agree.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To file a notice, send our designated agent a written communication that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the infringing material and its location (the URL), with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Zeloxa Labs LLC, email legal@zeloxalabs.com.
Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Zeloxa may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages.
Repeat infringers. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers.
8. What we do
If we believe content or activity breaks this policy, we may, depending on how serious and urgent it is:
- ask you to fix it within a reasonable time;
- disable the specific content, deployment, form, integration or domain;
- suspend the site or the account, without prior notice for phishing, malware, child-safety issues, attacks or legal requirements;
- terminate the account under our Terms of Service, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
We are not obliged to monitor content, but we may review content and activity to enforce this policy and keep the Services safe. If you believe we acted in error, reply to our notice or email legal@zeloxalabs.com and we will review the decision.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to address new kinds of abuse. The current version is always on this page.
